30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at contact@ttidy.com. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, or plants.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal Care Goods: Beauty products.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted. This ensures you receive exactly what you want in a timely manner.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your purchase is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.

Conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
