Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your purchase is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Domestic Shipping (USA and Europe)

Free Shipping is available for all orders within the USA and Europe.

USA Shipping: Estimated delivery time is typically within 7 days from the date of shipment.
Europe Shipping: Estimated delivery time is typically within 15 days from the date of shipment.

International Shipping

For customers outside of the USA and Europe, we offer international shipping to various destinations. Shipping rates, delivery times, and availability may vary depending on your location.

Customs and Duties
